Pro Tip:
Once one is able to apply light pressure to the injured area, gently rub Ice Gel with its cooling, pain reducing effect over the swollen, bruised muscle or joint. The soothing benefits of Arnica oil in the gel will help to further reduce the bruising and swelling, while the Wintergreen oil and Menthol will continue to alleviate inflammation and pain in the days following the injury. Ice Gel can be used until no bruising is visible on the skin or until mobility has returned to normal.
