Dynamic Tape tape has been designed to utilise the elastic qualities of the 4 way stretch fabric to create a graded recoil which absorbs energy and supports the work of the muscles during movement. While Kinesiology Tape is designed to gently lift the skin with a light recoil effect and rigid zinc oxide sports tapes offer no elasticity, Dynamic tape can stretch to 200% of its original length. It is this recoil energy that Dynamic tape uses to absorb load and re-inject the kinetic force into movement.
