Consumer Rights
Vivomed Ltd is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Consumer Contract Regulations (valid from 13 June 2014),our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Consumer Contract Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 14 days from receipt. The good should be returned in original, unworn condition to Vivomed within 14 days of receiving the goods*.
VAT
Because we trade in the UK most prices on this site include VAT (Value Added Tax) at 20%. If you are shopping with us from outside the E.U. or a tax-exempt country such as the Channel Islands then this VAT does not apply. Our web site will automatically display all prices with the VAT deducted and you will be billed accordingly.
Card Payments, Security and Privacy
We accept most major credit cards and for off-line purchases will accept (£)Sterling Postal Orders, Personal Cheques, Bank Drafts and Bank transfers.Exchange rates around the world do vary all the time so payments made to Vivomed must always be in UK pounds (£) Sterling.
We can assure you that all your information is kept safe and secure,from your on-line shopping basket to the goods arriving at your front door. A secure SSL encryption protects all your details during the shopping process and we do not pass on or use them with any third parties, companies and marketing organisations. All the details required are needed for no other reason than to fully process your order.
For remote addresses and international orders, your telephone number maybe forwarded on to our couriers, to ensure receipt of your goods.
We update our stock daily and if an item is out of stock it will be displayed as such on the site. If there is a problem with availability we will contact you within 24 hours of the order being made, in which case you have a choice of waiting until it is in stock. In any case, orders are not processed unless we have the item in stock.

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed on the www.Vivomed.co.uk website:
Carriage:
All orders over £60.00 (inc vat) will be delivered free of charge in the UK and Ireland. For orders under £60.00 (inc vat), carriage will be charged depending on your delivery address.
Vivomed will not be responsible for delays beyond their control.
Problems:
Any damages or shortages must be notified to Vivomed within 3 days of receipt of goods. In the event of damaged goods or shortages Vivomed's responsibility will be limited to the refund value or replacement of the goods, and no consequential loss or damage can be accepted.
Non Delivery:
Non delivery of goods must be reported within 30 days of placing the order, otherwise Vivomed will assume the order has been received in full. Vivomed will take no responsibility for reports of non delivery of goods after 30 days from the date of placing the order.
Returns:
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations (valid from 13 June 2014) the customer has a cooling off period of 14 days, within which they are entitled to return the goods to Vivomed if they are not satisfied with the product. The customer must pay for the cost of returning the item to Vivomed.
*Please note certain items are exempt from this including custom made /customisable items, PPE and pharmaceutical products e.g. plinths, face masks and medications/homeopathic remedies. If any medications or homeopathic remedies items are returned to Vivomed as the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or the customer is not there to sign for a delivery/arrange re-delivery, no refund will be given as due to Government guidelines, these products will have to be destroyed.
Delivery of Aerosols:
Delivery of aerosols is unavailable to any overseas location. Delivery of aerosols within the UK and Ireland is available in limited quantities per a package.
Prices:
All prices are quoted net of Vat. Customers within the EU will have 20%Vat /Sales Tax added to their order.
