(US review, product not available here) I had been suffering completely incapacitating intense vertigo episodes which resulted in 24-36 hours of vomiting/heaving followed by another 2-3 days of recovery. The doctor diagnosed (essentially guessing) vestibular migraines, prescribed topiramate and suggested Migravent. I added Vertigoheel, which I feel is a vital component of the treatment regimen. I take (chew) one of these every night. On the very rare occasion that I feel a vertigo episode coming on (visual aura cues on the periphery) I immediately chew another 1-2 tablets (I carry 2 in my wallet at all times). It completely arrests the progression of the episode. Since instituting this regimen (3+ years) I have not had a single full-blown episode. Shipping to the US is relatively quick. Vertigoheel is so important to me that I buy 2-3 bottles when I order to make sure I have it and reduce per-bottle shipping. Expiration date on the bottle is generally 3 years out.
