The Mini TENS (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) machine is a great form of pain relief without the need to use medication. The machine operates by minimising the pain signals travelling to the brain and spinal cord. The machine comes with two leads which are attached to the patient using electrodes. The nerve stimulation can be fully customised from this point using two frequency channels controlling; modulation, intensity, frequency and duration. Many sports/non-sports related injuries can be treated using the TENS machine including;
