I purchased this to help regain strength following a wrist fracture and surgery. The range of 10kg – 40kg is perfect to enable me to make a start and build up strength over time. The device seems sturdy and well made, and operation is smooth throughout the range. Adjustment of force is simple to do and the maximum force seems realistic as I can just about manage it with my good hand! A very good product which I would recommend to anyone wishing to gain better grip strength – not just for rehab after injury.
