The Therapy in motion deluxe balance pad is a great addition to any strength and conditioning, injury prevention or rehabilitation plan. The balance pad is well made from a soft, comfortable TPE material which is able to mold to the shape of the foot, providing stability. The pad can be used in combination with different exercises to increase difficulty level dependent upon the users current fitness levels. Many core elements of fitness can be improved including; strength, balance, co-ordination and agility.
