The Brother Max 2-in-1 is a digital head/ear thermometer and is perfect for the whole family, suitable to use from birth.

While it does not say in the instruction manual, the manufactures have informed us in writing that forehead readings can be taken with no contact via the infrared reading when the thermometer is held about 1 cm away from the skin.

Temperature readings can be taken with just one touch of the device from the head and ear in one second.

Accuracy of results within 0.2°C as a result of the built in, infrared technology.

The device does not require any probe covers, just a simple wipe after each use, leaving it ready to use for the next measurement.

The device is both BPA and Mercury-free and ready to use straight out of the box with the 1x 3V CR2032 battery included.
