Fabulous new sports knee support

  • Offers sideways support in the case of instability of the knee joint
  • Adjustable compression around the joint for individual requirements
  • Non-axial leaf spring hinges
  • A U-shaped pressure pad contributes to the stabilisation of the kneecap
  • Optimum position retention
  • Low profile

The Push Sport Hinged Knee Brace supports the collateral knee ligaments with two non-axial springs on each side of the knee acting as splints. These springs not only support the ligaments, but also prevent side movement of the knee joint. The U-shaped pressure pad is positioned around the knee cap to protect and help limit movement of the patella (kneecap) whilst maintaining comfort. This brace is comfortable to wear and is easy to put on.

When to use -

  • General knee instability
  • Residual instability following a collateral ligament injury
  • Arthrosis with mild instability
  • Meniscus injury
  • Patellofemoral pain syndrome

How to fit -

  1. Open the two hook and loop fasteners.
  2. Pull the brace over the knee until the pad is positioned snugly underneath the kneecap. For the proper degree of support, it is important that the pad fits closely around the kneecap.
  3. Close the lower hook and loop fastener to provide a comfortable degree of compression below the knee.
  4. Close the upper hook and loop fastener to provide a comfortable degree of compression around the upper leg. It is important that the pad presses snugly against the kneecap.
