Approximate Dispatch Time

All ‘In Stock’ orders that are received by Vivomed before 2pm GMT, placed online or ordered by telephone will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 2pm GMT or during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected.
Please note Customs and Duties are to be paid by the overseas recipient

DHL shipping to Greece: Please note we will need to quote the shipping costs upon receipt of order.

Vivomed offices are closed on the following Northern Ireland bank holidays as there are no courier or Royal Mail collections. Orders placed on these bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. (If a bank holiday is on a weekend, a ‘substitute’ weekday becomes a bank holiday, normally the following Monday)

Delivery Times for Royal Mail Tracked:

Royal Mail 24 Hour including Tracked service – Aim to deliver the next working day. Please note Royal Mail do not guarantee to deliver within 24 hrs.

Royal Mail 48 Hour including Tracked Service – Aim to deliver within 2-3 working days with a small minority within 3 working days. Please note Royal Mail do not guarantee to deliver within 48 hrs.

Airmail orders – estimated delivery 7-10 working days, subject to customs clearance. In some countries this can take longer.
There is no tracking for the standard service or for non-signed for services.

Exemption Postcodes * Aberdeen, Northern Highlands, Glasgow, Guernsey, Oban, Isle of Man, Arran, Orkney Shetland, Cornwall.
Delivery days depending on the service selected. These areas deliveries will be 2 or 3  working days.
Remote Area Surcharge – there are some addresses that are classified as remote by couriers, please note this incurs an extra cost of £17.50

Courier delivery times

Please note that 24hr and 48hr delivery times are estimations by the delivery companies only and are not guaranteed.

These delivery times are based on working days, i.e. a 48hr order shipped on a Monday afternoon would be estimated to be delivered on a Wednesday, similarly, a 24hr order shipped on a Friday afternoon would be estimated to be delivered on Monday.

Delivery of aerosols and certain liquids are unavailable to any overseas location.
