Vivomed's Returns Policy

If you decide that the product you purchased from us is not exactly what you were looking for, or is the wrong size, there is no problem returning it to us with the exceptions of Pharmaceuticals products detailed below.

We will accept products back for exchange or a full refund as long as they are their original packaging, in perfect condition and the product itself unused or unworn.  Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Vivomed. We offer a tracked return service for all our UK customers, please follow the link below to allow you to process your return label.

Customers outside the UK we recommend you send your return on a signed for tracked service to prevent lost or missing parcels. 

Our returns policy is flexible but we ask that items being returned are done so within 30 days of receipt and accompanied with a letter explaining the reason for the return and your customer order/reference number.

Please note, all returns from outside the UK should have marked on the outside of the parcel as "goods being returned to UK supplier for refund" so this will not incur any additional carriage/custom charges.

Please remember, before purchase, if in any doubt about size, colour or suitability of a product, you can email or call us with any queries about all of our products. Our staff have a huge amount of knowledge and experience of the products we sell  and we try to respond to emails quickly in working hours.

Pharmaceutical and Homeopathic product returns. 

Unfortunately, by law, we cannot accept the return of any medication, pharmaceutical item or homeopathic product that has left our premises as it cannot be reused once it has left our premises.  You have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your order is dispatched. Vivomed's pharmacist must destroy any medication within 30 days of it being returned, even un-opened boxes, so we are not able to offer refunds once your treatment has been dispatched.

Distance Selling Regulations

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 state that there is no right to cancel under the following circumstances:

Exceptions to the right to cancel 13.-(1) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts- (c) for the supply of goods clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; Therefore, in terms of this exception, you have no right to cancel.

However, in terms of our discretion exercised by us with regards to these terms and conditions, you have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your treatment is dispatched.
